Safety, health and well-being of its employees around the world are the main priorities of Seppic. Its goal is to develop a culture of safety to maintain a workplace without incident.
Seppic is committed to comply fully with the declaration of the International Labor Organization of 1998 for its collaborators, in particular its 8 fundamental conventions:
- Convention N°87 Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize, 1948
- Convention N°98 Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining, 1949
- Convention N°29 Forced Labor, 1930 - including, but not limited to, the following principles:
- No retention of original employee identification or other personal documents,
- Respect for employees' right to freely leave their employment,
- No obligation to make monetary payments or deposits as a condition of employment,
- Employment eligibility costs (e.g. recruitment costs), including hiring fees and work visas for all employees, including migrant workers, are borne by the employer.
- Employees are free to move around their workplace (with the exception of restricted areas for reasons of security or confidentiality), can use the toilets at any time, can take breaks and have access to clean drinking water and, where appropriate, refreshment areas.

- Convention N°182 Worst Forms of Child Labor, 1999
- Convention N°100 Equal Remuneration, 1951
- Convention N°111 Discrimination (Employment and Occupation), 1958 - including, but not limited to, the prohibition of any discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, dismissal or retirement based on skin color, sex, disability, family situation, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, political or philosophical opinions, religion, union membership, position as manager or employee representative, or ethnic, social, cultural or national origin.

- Apply international occupational safety and health management standards,
- Offer 100% of our employees common basic social security coverage by 2025, including provident insurance, health coverage and new measures in favor of maternity leave,
- Ban all forms of moral, sexual, phone or cyber-harassment
- Fight against all forms of discrimination, guarantee equal opportunities and take the necessary measures to avoid these forms of discrimination.

- Encourage employee involvement in local initiatives.
