In 2022, more than 130 employees benefited from a career meeting with their human resources manager. These meetings included specific situations (such as onboarding assessments, beginning or conclusion of post, return from maternity, or sabbatical leave), and as part of general career progression monitoring, as well as for mobility projects.

Recognising expertise: a core role of the internal TCL program

Since 2001, the Air Liquide Group has promoted the development of technical careers called ‘Technical Community Leaders’.

This highly selective programme aims to extend the Group's technical leadership and maintain a competitive long-term advantage, while providing development opportunities for employees interested in pursuing a technical career.

At the heart of Seppic, more than 30 experts contribute to the enduring performance of our company by sharing knowledge internally and externally.



Adjuvants are essential components of vaccines for human and animal health. Seppic has built its leadership in this field through recognised experts who share and pass on their expertise. On a project related to human prophylactic vaccines, I greatly enjoyed using my expertise internally with the project team, and externally with our partners.
