In 2020, Seppic's ambition to become an increasingly inclusive, supportive and responsible company was given new impetus with the launch of its Solidarity Commitment Platform. This platform brings together, through a web portal, all the solidarity initiatives proactively undertaken by its employees. From now on, each employee in France can participate or promote a cause that is close to his or her heart by sharing it on the platform and involving all of his or her colleagues.
On 24 September, Seppic once again enabled its employees to get involved by launching a new action in favour of occupational integration.
Employees at several sites in France were able to support the association La Cravate Solidaire by collecting clothes that will be used to help the association's beneficiaries attend interviews as part of their job search. This action acts directly against discrimination linked to appearance, facilitates access to the professional world and works for equal opportunities.
As proof of the strong commitment of Seppic's employees, more than 205 kilos of clothing were collected and given to La Cravate Solidaire's Paris and Pau branches with the contribution of the Castres site!
