In 2013, 2017 and 2021, Seppic confirmed its strategy and strengthened its position in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and nutritional active ingredients market by acquiring BiotechMarine, Serdex and EPI France, three companies that embody much of Seppic's know-how and expertise in marine biotechnology and plant extraction.
The beginning of this year marks a new step in this integration process with the merger of all our companies in France into a unique company, Seppic SA.
Through this operation, Seppic has a streamlined organization, even more agile, designed to improve the customer experience, sustain growth and continue to develop by addressing various markets around the world.
