Seppic trains its managers to support change

Agility and the ability to transform ourselves in order to anticipate changes in our environment are essential to Seppic's performance and sustainability. 

Developing managerial skills is key to achieving this and preparing the company for the challenges of tomorrow. In 2023, Seppic will have trained some of its managers in transformation projects to support Seppic's growth and adaptability. This work has already begun since the beginning of 2022 with training sessions throughout the year.

Learning to work collectively on projects, leading and supporting change in times of uncertainty, putting into practice the methods acquired for change management and successfully engaging their teams and stakeholders, all these skills provide Seppic's teams with all the qualities required to be actors of change, and to adapt to the challenges ahead.
