Séverine Lafon joined Seppic on August 1st as Human Resources Director of the Seppic group.
With a Master's degree in Human Resources, she brings more than 15 years of experience in the HR function in various environments ranging from IT to homecare in France and internationally. With Air Liquide since 2004, her career illustrates the possibilities offered by the Group within the HR function.
Her career has been guided by a strong desire to provide the best possible experience to the employees she and her teams support on a daily basis.
As a member of the Executive Committee, Severine Lafon will contribute to providing Seppic's employees with an environment that reflects the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion, sustainable development, innovation and well-being in the workplace, while supporting Seppic's development and growth in France and internationally.
