The MONTANOX™ 80 FOOD is a polysorbate 80 which is widely used within the food industry as emulsifier, alone or in combination with sorbitan esters.

This polysorbate helps stabilize emulsions, improves product taste and appearance or overcomes raw material variations for an easier processing.
It can also be used as carrier or solvent for coloring agents, lipophilic antioxidants or anti-foaming agents.

MONTANOX™ 80 FOOD is an exclusive polysorbate 80 from olive source. It offers a unique consumer friendly alternative to commonly used polysorbates.
This product is a Polysorbate 80 (E 433), also known as Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate.
It comes in a viscous liquid form, soluble in hot/cold water and alcohols.
It is manufactured in the EU.
