MONTANIDE™ ISA - W/O

Water-in-Oil (W/O) formulations are continuous oil phase emulsions.

Adjuvant selection will consider the type of oil and the ratio of use (from 50% to 70%) depending on expected vaccine characteristics.

MONTANIDE™ ISA for W/O emulsions - Application

These very efficient adjuvants are used to achieve a long-term protective immune response. 

Field trials have shown that such adjuvants can stimulate both humoral and cell mediated immune responses.

SEPPIC W/O adjuvants are compatible with inactivated and recombinant antigens.
