Ready-to-use adjuvants for Oil in Water emulsion vaccines
Oil-in-Water (O/W) formulations are continuous aqueous phase emulsions.
Adjvuant selection will consider the type of oil and the ratio of use (from 10% to 25%) depending on the expected characteristics of the vaccine.
MONTANIDE™ ISA for O/W emulsions - Application
O/W adjuvants induce a strong short-term protective immune response.
This type of emulsion is well tolerated and very fluid.
SEPPIC O/W adjuvants are compatible with inactivated or live antigens.
