Seppic awarded the Platinum status by EcoVadis

Seppic is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Platinum status by EcoVadis, the highest standard delivered by the rating platform. 

Seppic already ranked alongside the most responsible companies assessed by the platform, since achieving the Gold rating in 2015. This new status confirms yet again its strong commitment to helping everyone enjoy a healthy life in a healthy environment.

EcoVadis and its well-known methodology assesses over 75,000 companies in 160 countries to determine how well a company has integrated the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility into its business. Being awarded the Platinum status places Seppic in the top 1% of assessed companies in its sector.

The assessment focuses on 21 sustainability criteria, based on international sustainability standards and grouped into four categories: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Seppic’s particularly strong performances on the first item have been highlighted with a 80/100 score, demonstrating the company’s decision to put conscious innovation at the heart of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.

With a global score of 74/100, an increase of 5 points from last year, Seppic reaffirms its will to always advance in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility.
