Diversity and inclusion: a source of creativity and performance

Diversity and inclusion: a source of creativity and performance

At Seppic we are lucky to work in a multicultural environment. With 14 countries and 26 nationalities represented in our teams, this diversity reflects the breadth of talent developed within Seppic.

Whether in the framework of the PaQTE project (Pacte avec les Quartiers pour Toutes les Entreprises) or the "10,000 Companies for Professional Inclusion and Integration" Plan, Air Liquide and Seppic are committed to the integration and inclusion of the populations furthest from employment through 4 specific themes, in order to

  • Enabling a better knowledge of the company for young people in sensitive neighborhoods,
  • Enable better access for all young people to apprenticeships and work-study programs,
  • Contribute to the development of diploma training in the Group's businesses,
  • Supporting and recruiting people with disabilities.

Considering disability as an asset for the company is fundamental. Disability is a driver of innovation, openness and cohesion and therefore of performance.

For this reason, we place particular emphasis on the inclusion of our employees. When it comes to recruitment, every application is studied impartially and, if a position needs to be adapted, Mission Handicap assists our new talent in order to guarantee them the same opportunities for success as each member of our teams.

The index for gender equality is 84/100 for Seppic SA. The index result is the result of a constant policy in terms of remuneration. It encourages us to continue and increase our pay equity policy
