The second edition of Hair Care International Congress will take place this year at UPF - BSM, Barcelona School of Management, in Spain.
HCIC is the international meeting for hair care industry professionals, organized by Beauty Cluster, the largest cosmetic and perfumery cluster in Spain. The advanced program includes conferences and keynote sessions with special focus on market trends, as well as hair care science and biology.
