The 2021 edition of the PCHI will take place in Shenzhen from March 24th to 26th, 2021. Due to the pandemic situation, the 2020 show was suspended, but it will fortunately be able to take place in real life this year.
This show is a platform for exchange between suppliers and customers where to share newest ingredients data on ingredients and trends. The show will offer lectures only in Chinese, as international visitors are unable to attend due to travel restrictions.
