Our Synthesis team is also responsible for developing new expertise, by exploring new technologies and steering research in the direction of new molecules. We select new areas for exploration based on their potential for development with our customers.

Varied fields of use

Our Synthesis team brings together multiple skills with a wide range of applications. For example: 

• Lipoamino acid chemistry, one of our key areas of expertise–especially when based on natural molecules (colza, soy, etc.)–can be used in different formulations for green cosmetics
• Glucolipid chemistry, one of our specialty areas, has delivered green emulsifiers and foaming agents to the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. These products are soft to touch, biodegradable, and used in many topical and industrial applications that respect the environment.

From the laboratory to industrial production

One of our major assets is that we have the equipment required for industrial production available in our laboratories. These are exact replicas of our customers' equipment (mechanical agitators, reactors, industrial heating systems, etc.), which enable us to make the best possible predictions on what will occur during industrial production.
