• SEPPIC is revolutionizing cream textures

An innovative concept developed by SEPPIC, GELTRAP is composed of:

• a ready-to-use internal phase made up of 80-95% water gelled by a Seppic polymer: SEPIGEL, SIMULGEL, SEPIPLUS, and SEPINOV
• and a weak external oily phase stabilized by a xylo-lipidic emulsifier, EASYNOV

Unique textures

GELTRAP has a unique feel, characterized by freshness and a creamy texture. An intensely white heavy cream-milk (>10 000mPa.s), it shines with a perfectly smooth surface. It also offers all the advantages of continuous oily phases such as: long-lasting moisture and comfort, and improved resistance to water.

The galenic format of GELTRAP facilitates formulation with most active ingredients:

• solvents (ethanol, glycerin, polyols, etc.)
• mineral sunscreens
• pigments
• active ingredients that are particularly difficult to formulate (AHA, AlCl3…)
• oils: esters, mineral or plant oils, etc.
