The Polychem operation offers a wide range of original and "turn-key" intermediates and functional additives (in particular, Polyether Polyols) used in the synthesis and formulation of macromolecular systems for resins and plastics.

The synthesis intermediates are used in a wide range of applications: acrylic/methacrylic monomers and oligomers; various resin systems, such as alkyds, polyesters, epoxies, polyurethanes, polycarbonates etc. These intermediates help to improve certain properties, including chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance; they can offer a compromise between hardness and flexibility; improved adhesion; solubility, wettability, etc.
Our functional additives can be used to influence a wide range of properties: solvent power, wetting, emulsifying, dispersing, stabilizing, anti-static, demisting, rheology, etc.


This operation focuses on the development of products used in environmentally friendly technologies, such as RADCURE; formulations with an aqueous base and/or with a high dry extract content.
